Bought a used vehicle there back in January, Jake our salesman was awesome. Recently bought a used truck from out of state and the rear window was leaking. There was a service bulletin out about the leak. Stopped up to see if they would be able to do anything for me since it was a known issue. Jake told me to talk to Mike in service and he could help me out. Mike the service manager gave me instructions on what i needed to do to try to get the repair covered by GM. I emailed him what he needed, and he told me to drop it off and they will take care of it. Picked it up this evening and GM covered it all. They could have just said they couldn’t do anything since it was out of warranty for 2 years. Mike and the service team went above and beyond and were willing to help and take a manufacturing issue and make it right. No hassle, no issues, no complaining. They were genuinely happy to help and make the issue right even though it had nothing to do with their service team or dealership. What a great representative for Chevrolet for their customer care where they genuinely care about their customers. We currently have a service contract for the car we bought in January, and will now be interested in taking my truck there for any needs in the future. Definitely gained a customer for life. From sales staff purchasing a vehicle to service and and getting a vehicle repaired they most definitely go above and beyond. Huge thanks to Jake and Mike and the service team for going above and beyond. I would most definitely recommend stopping by for any vehicle needs!
