They got me in quickly on a day that worked for me, diagnosed the issue fast, and handled the repair professionally and efficiently. My car was done the same day! What really stood out was their honesty and integrity. They took the time to check for recalls as well as other issues and even let me know that part of the issue might be covered under warranty — something they absolutely didn’t have to do. That kind of transparency is rare and shows they truly care about their customers. The communication was clear super easy through text, the pricing was great way, less than I thought for a Mercedes repair. And I left feeling confident and taken care of. It’s such a relief to find a mechanic you can trust, especially in an emergency situation. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back for future service!

I had an excellent experience with Stevensons Automotive, especially working with Steve. My car had an oil leak caused by a previous mechanic who over-tightened the oil pan bolt and stripped the threads. The typical solution would have been to replace the entire oil pan, which in my case would require removing the engine — a massive and very expensive job. Instead of taking the easy (and costly) route, Steve took the time to carefully assess the situation. He was incredibly patient, methodical, and truly went above and beyond to find a more practical and cost-effective solution. In the end, he fixed the issue without unnecessary work, saving me a significant amount of money. What impressed me the most is that he genuinely thinks from the customer’s perspective. He could have easily recommended the more expensive repair, but he chose honesty and integrity instead. Steve is highly professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill with that level of care for their clients. I highly recommend Stevensons Automotive, especially if you have performance vehicles or need someone who will truly look out for your best interest. I will definitely be referring Steve to friends and family and will continue to come back for future service.

I could not have chosen anyone better to replace George. The quality of Stevenson's work is top-notch, the price is right, and they're good people. I also knew I could trust them when their very first estimate was for the exact tire replacements George had told me I was going to need soon. Great guys who also helped me out in a jam!

Steve came and picked me up after my car was ready and dropped me off. That itself is an amazing service. Steve even washed my car!! View on GoogleSteve couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating. If you have to wait he takes you to his little coffee shop and then picks you up when your car repairs are completed. He doesn’t try to sell you something you don’t need. As a senior, that is appreciated. Great service.
