My suv engine went and I needed a new one. I called around to multiple places (well, my wife did, let’s be real and give the woman of my life the credit, she’s a real one) and no one could beat the honesty, reviews and price that Rob was able to quote me. Not only that, he is honest, family oriented and friendly. I was able to get my suv into him immediately after we talked and discussed what was going on with my vehicle. When I tell you that he does quality work, I cannot stress it enough about it and how professional this man is. He gave me the play by play with everything and didn’t once over charge me. Depending on what you need, he typically will ask for a week to get it done, but will ask for at minimum 2, just in case of unforeseen circumstances with the work he’s going to be doing. (Remember, this is this man’s career, he works alone, but the quality 🤌🤌 amazing) He got my suv done in 4 days. And got me a new catalytic converter installed. Most commercial companies will overcharge, and just get you in and out and may not be as thorough, but not this shop. Easily one of the best decisions made when it came to my needs. And you support a small business and family by going to K & R, so win win. Money well spent and worth it. He can do just about anything for you and it’s at a great price, and if it’s something he cannot do, he’ll give you a recommendation, because he cares about the customers and just wants people to be taken care of and not ripped off. I think rob is a wonderful mechanic. He goes the extra mile. He doesn't stop until the job is done correctly.
