Had a great experience with Steubenville Pike Auto. They replaced outer tie rods and did an alignment for us, and everything turned out perfect. The staff was super friendly and easy to talk to, and they took the time to explain what was going on without any pressure. Pricing felt fair, and more importantly, they came across as genuinely honest and trustworthy. Definitely feels better giving them business over a dealership. We’ll be back without a doubt!

Yes we bought a truck from them in middle October 2025. Don’t get me wrong, truck runs great. But they sold it to us with the 4 wheel not working. They fixed it once and we paid 400 dollars. Guess what, don’t fix the issue. And they never remedied the issue. Still not fixed. Plus little things like they replaced sway bar links and 4 months later we had to get them done again. They also either did a wheel bearing or 4*4 actuator and it’s bad again. I would advise if you do get a car from them, have a good mechanic somewhere else check the car out. Will never go there again.

Horrible experience. Took my RAV4 there in Oct. 2025 cause I hit a deer. They had to change my ac condenser, got my car back the AC wasn't working and it was causing my car to overheat. They denied any responsibility and said I had a leak in my evap core took it to a real mechanic and guess what isn't my evap core. Now the mechanic has to take my whole front end apart to see what they messed up. I highly recommend people find anywhere else to go but here.

Just bought our second car from them. Extremely happy with the wonderful service we got. They are so honest, that when they noticed a possible issue with the car we originally picked out, they pointed it out, so we would leave with a car in perfect shape! Not many used car dealerships would have done that! 🙂. They also have the best service dept for inspections and car repair. Cant praise them enough. Great service. Have been a customer since 2010 then briefly moved out of the area and struggled to find a good repair shop. Moved back to the area and went back to them having them do faulty repairs other locations did including Monroe. I remember back when the owners didn’t have gray hair from all the customers. 😂😂😂
