So let me start by saying Nate comes very highly recommended in the BMW community. I had an appointment with Nate for August 12th to have some bolt on parts added to my car after my house closed. Well I was driving my f93 M8 comp with only 38k miles and out of nowhere cylinder 7 injector decided it wanted to leave the chat thanks to the coolant expansion tank July 15th. I called Nate and he told me to drop it off and he will see if he can get to it Friday. Made zero promise of it being done before the weekend. I had an event to go to this weekend. I dropped it off early on the 15th as Nate said I could. He called me Thursday and said it’s fixed and everything we planned on installing the 12th of August was on too except the downpipes and she’s ready to go. He said if I wanted the downpipes on now he could do those friday. I said might as well and then just cancel the aug 12th appointment. He reached out Friday afternoon and said she’s ready for pickup. He was fair on pricing and absolutely a breeze to work with. Couldn’t recommend him enough. I’m writing this review 10 days after repairs have been completed and I’ve put roughly 800 miles on the car zero issues. I feel small business gets beat up by the 1 customer they can’t appease no matter what that reviews like mine slip under the cracks. My man Nate keep doing what your doing it’s great business and you’ll have mine.

Great communication and took me step by step what he was doing to my vehicle I can’t say enough I felt very comfortable with him My vehicle needed some TLC to say the least. I just got it back so time will tell but I feel confident and cross my fingers that Nate did all he could to bring X5 back to life.
