I have to say I went there because of the reviews. 1st visit took a while to get in. Ok, No problem. Understandably, its a good problem to have. Second call for an emergency tire situation and couldn't accommodate. Ok. No worries. Third called - left message - no call back for 2 weeks. Ok, no problem. You were busy and got burred in pile of other work. Called back 3rd week to schedule - asked for a specific day, took off work on that specific day and when i get there, come to find out I was put in the wrong day 1 week further out. Mind you I had called 2 weeks prior for a specific day after waiting 3 weeks. oh well win some lose some.

Amazing experience! If you’re wondering what happened to excellent customer service and quality work, look no further. They took me in the same day for a misfiring engine, Jim stayed late to get the job done, kept me informed the whole way, gave me an excellent price as a new customer, and I felt like they genuinely appreciated my business. I didn’t have to ask for special treatment - that’s just how they operate. And, most importantly, my car runs like new. JC Auto Repair is top notch!

I went to them with a tire that had a slow leak in it. I had hit a pothole pretty hard on a 422 offramp. I thought I had bent the rim to my tire, but it turned out I had ran over a nail and they plugged my tire for me for under $20. What I thought would’ve cost me well over $100 didn’t thanks to their honesty. Not to mention, I was in and out of there under 30 minutes I highly recommend them

Always a 5 star review from me! Everyone is so pleasant and friendly. I had an appt for my inspection and I also asked them to help me piece back together my spare remote that fell apart in 100 pieces when I attempted to change the battery. They took it and put it back together quickly. So thankful! I was in and out in 45 minutes! Thank you JC Auto! Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Jim and his business. All around great guy. Kudos to his receptionist and mechanic as well. I actually thought I was going to have a meltdown when I got my car inspected. It needed work. But they worked with me, and we got it done. There was a discount for the inspection which I was grateful for. Also a cash discount. Great Crew. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
