Great customer service from this hometown business. I got a flat tire on my way to work and they were able to get me back on the road that afternoon even with having to order the tire. They were extremely friendly and helpful. When I got home I opened the hatchback to put the spare tire/jack I put on back in the holding area only to find they already put it back securely and even the jack and crowbar were put back in the holder and strapped in, I always had to do that myself at other places. Everything you want in a business honest, fair and great customer service.

Whether it’s routine tire service or unexpected car trouble, they’re always professional, honest, and quick to help. The staff is friendly, the prices are beyond fair, and they never try to upsell things I don’t need. It’s rare to find a shop you can truly trust, but Romeo’s Tire has earned that trust every visit. Highly recommend!

Called as soon as they opened today scheduled an inspection. They got me in for 11am I got there at 1045. (Mind you I went to 3 other inspection places the week before to see what my car needed to pass.) I got everything done and dealt with no issues car drives like a charm. So they take my car at 1055am I don’t see the vehicle until 1140 the lady says my car won’t pass I ask why she says he will tell me. Not sure who he is. I then see my keys on desk at 1142. Then they get taken at 1145. Lady claims my car is too low for the lift. No other shops have issues getting it on the lift. Finally at 1205 I presume the owner comes out and tells me his reasoning on why it failed. Apparently they don’t know what a muffler looks like as they claim I dont have one. Said a flex pipe was broken. My pipes are solid custom built. Said my exhaust was not secured when I just put my muffler on last night and it’s not going anywhere. Claimed my front bumper is falling off. 100% stuck on there. Also said I have no fog light but clearly they are both in. This place is a scam and they make you pay when you fail. Should’ve been my first sign
