Making an appointment online was easy and I got a call the next business day to confirm. Day of appointment they got the car in promptly and took care of mounting and balancing the new tires. The manager did suggest adding state inspection since the car was due and all tires were off, making brake and suspension easy to check. There was no push to add any other unneeded services, unlike other experiences I've had with auto services companies. Kudos to the entire team at Steve Shannon, Lebanon!

This place looks like it’s under construction. I was pressed for time getting a few tires mounted and balanced not on the car. The sales guy said they had time to do my tires and did so. I told him to please be careful with the chrome rims and not to stack black rubber against redline part of tires. I had to clean the tire black off tires when I got them home and after I installed tires on the car I checked air pressures. On the 3 tires that they mounted and balanced air pressures where 38.5 lbs on 2 of them and 36.5 on 1. Maximum recommended tire pressure on all the tires is 32 lbs. I’m very disappointed that a Steve Shannon franchise would operate a facility like this. I would not recommend.

Super nice in the shop very informative. I took my car in for inspection. They were very straightforward and honest with me. I did not feel they were trying to upsell things or tell me I need things done that I don’t. They mentioned one thing that I would probably want to look into fixing by next inspection but did not pressure me to do it right then and there. It’s truly refreshing going to a mechanic that keeps their customers satisfied and not just trying to make extra money in their pockets. It’s hard to find good shops like this one.
