Picked up a car from here for a family member, motor was blown so brought a truck and trailer to get it off the property. Place is super dirty and run down. Walked in the office where no one was at the desk, after 5-7 minutes got tired of waiting so I stepped outside to look for someone. Made eye contact with someone in the garage bay where three guys were just sitting and talking. Asked them “who works here?” and they just looked at each other and made it super awkward. Finally someone talked to me and explained I’m here to pick up a car. They couldn’t find the key for about 20 minutes. Finally got the key and loaded the car up and drove off. When we got the car home, opened up the hood and realized the battery was missing and currently trying to get that battery back. I guess during their trouble shooting they needed to take off the starter, instead of reinstalling the starter when done, they placed the dirty, oily starter on the passages side tan carpet which is now stained. Very unprofessional establishment. Don’t bring your car here.
