Trevor was outstanding! I initially drove in to just schedule my Acadia to be looked at about a known issue. Trevor took the time to get my vehicle looked at without an appointment and had it checked in a super time crunch. So after he made few phone calls, he got me in same day and the repair was done in an hour and covered under warranty!! I was super impressed! Thanks again and I will continue to use them for all my repairs!!

They repaired my damaged rim beautifully and put a brand new tire on that’s all great, they said they did an alignment but the car still pulls to the right. I’m not sure if there was any more damages around that tire but I’m not sure if even check for more damages other than the tire.

Received an astronomical quote for an inspection. Took it instead to a small mechanic and paid a quarter of the price and didnt have to fix a few things they requires me to do. Bad oil change too, didnt put the filter on tight. I have purchased four cars there over the years and i will never service another one here again!!

The 2 stars are only for Cassie the saleswoman. Bought a 2022 Trailblazer with about 5500 miles on it. Took it home and after a couple of days the "change engine oil soon" message came on. It also needed an inspection. They where willing to do both for free since I literally didn't have the vehicle a week. Took it in, they did the oil change and then came to me and told me that they couldn't do the inspection because now the Check Engine light was on and it was misfiring. This was on a Thursday. Asked me to bring it back so they could have their Chevy certified mechanics look at it because of the warranty. Made an appt for the following Tuesday to bring it back. The next day (Friday) the light went out. I drove it the next 3 days and took it in that Tues morning. Explained when the light went off but they wanted to keep it for 2 days to make sure. They gave me a loaner. I went to pick it up Thursday morning and they bring it up from the shop and no inspection was done. They gave me the run around that they had to "clear the code" and couldn't do the inspection while I waited. Went back home with the loaner car. Then started getting emails from a different Chevy dealer about an appt for my car on Monday. Tried to contact them at the dealership and realized I was blocked from them. They seriously blocked me. I had to call around to this other dealership to find out what was going on. They told me it's coming in for the "Check Engine" light. They kept it again over night so they could drive it around (which if they actually listened in the first place) didn't need to be done. I am definitely used to not being taken seriously because I'm a woman. But they where quick to take my money when they sold me the car. Oh, and by the way, I found your container of cream cheese in the back of my car. Thankfully before the sun and heat got to it and stunk my car up. The free oil changes aren't worth it. The mechanic called my husband to apologize but not me. Even though only my name is on this car note. But they gave be a full tank of gas for all that trouble. Whoo hoo!! Women, do with this information what you will. Just becareful.

Had my truck in there 5 times in the past month. They keep telling me nothing is wrong but there clearly is. No one in their right mind would drive my truck and say nothing is wrong with it. Just got it back and still not fixed.
