Got a flat on way home from work on a Saturday, called 30 min before they close, they said as long as you can get here by 2:45pm we can do it & for a decent price! Thank you so much! True Lifesavers! Tom was the mechanic & did my tire in under 20 minutes & it was in great shape for being used! Almost new!

I brought my car into Works automotive for a tire repair and brake service, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. They took the time to inspect everything thoroughly and explained the issues in a way that made sense without any pressure for unnecessary repairs. The attention to detail was outstanding—I left feeling completely confident in the work they did. It’s rare to find a shop that combines skill, honesty, and great customer service so well. Highly recommend!

SCAMMER ALERT! Sent my vehicle to get looked at in the am did not hear from the place one time had to call multiple times to see what was going on they said so far it’s the battery cool we know that. Was told I would receive a call back they closed with no call and no update. Called in the am the lady has an attitude that they just opened and whatever else was wrong with her idk. They charge me 150 for a blank diagnostic that apparently they never did just to tell me I need a battery. Then they arguing you down about the work they didn’t do on the car. Do not go there! They are nasty thieves just trying to steal people money for no work.

I wanted to wait to give my review because anyone's first experience can go either way. Your first time could be awful and stressful, or it could be a wonderful walk in the park! My first experience was ok. I took my 2015 Hyundai to them because it was hesitating and they were the only shop to say they could look at it that day. After only a few hours i received a call from Kevin explaining that my car needed a things worked on ( don't remember exactly what). They were done the next day! Then my catalytic converter went and they replaced that within a few days. After that was fixed, i was smooth sailing for a few days and i noticed my car was stalling and backfiring again. He took me on a drive in my car until it happened again, and if course it wasn't happening right away this time, right? So for 30 minutes we drove around with a device on the car to catch it if it happened again. It did! This is when they called someone they knew with 30 plus years experience because we were all stumped on what the problem could be after fixing everything visibly wrong. After doing what the other mechanic suggested, they found out that my motor was shot on my car. They determined this by putting a device on the car that measures the pressure in each engine cylinder. One was completely gone. I was so impressed by him saying, "Honestly, i can't figure it out, but i know someone that can!" It showed me that they really cared more about getting me right ...then being right!!! They will show you each part they take off and fix and show you why they had to fix it. I really appreciate the transparency from them! Recently, i took my car back to them because the bolt on the alternator snapped and other family mechanics said they wouldn't be comfortable touching it because they didn't want to mess up the actual alternator. Kevin and the guys had it fixed and running by the next day. Their prices are always fair and they show u exactly what you've paid for. I will continue to take my car to them 🙏🏾 THANK YOU TEAM!
