I came to Body Builders Collision about three months ago after needing some repairs, and I’m so glad I did. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. They were professional, kept me updated, and had my car back to me quicker than I expected. That’s something you don’t come across often. The quality of work was great!

SCAM ALERT , PLEASE READ! POCKET YOUR INSURANCE MONEY! First and foremost Ramadan Mubarak. I do not recommend Body Builders Collision. They had my vehicle for over a month. While the exterior body work looked acceptable, the job was not completed properly. The leather interior repair was left unfinished. I was aware of and paid the $400 balance due at pickup. That was not the issue. The issue was transparency and follow-through. After already receiving $3,400 from my insurance, the owner submitted an additional supplement that was supposed to be used to order parts for my vehicle, but those parts were never ordered or installed. I was especially concerned to see what appeared to be black paste/toothpaste used to cover bullet holes, rather than completing a proper repair. During our interaction, the owner was verbally disrespectful, called me a “burnout,” and said he didn’t care about my concerns. I believed I would be treated honestly because we share the same Muslim faith, but that was not my experience. Overall, this experience lacked professionalism, accountability, and respect. I strongly encourage others to inspect all work carefully and confirm parts and repairs in writing before accepting their vehicle. Below is pictures of my estimate and all that suppose to be fixed/repaired. Side bar he never repaired glass or and lights, windshield wipers none of that. This business defraud my insurance company. After reading my estimate/ supplement report here is what was suppose to get done. 🚗 WHAT’S BEING REPLACED (New Parts) 🪑 Interior (Seats & Trim) •    Right seat back pad •    Right seat back cover (black/alloy leather) •    Right seat cushion pad •    Right cushion cover •    Trim panel (gray) •    Scuff plates •    Door trim panel (front door) •    Sliding door trim panel ➡️ Basically parts of your seat and door interior panels are being replaced. ⸻ 🚪 Liftgate (Back of Vehicle) •    Liftgate (rear hatch) – replacement •    Rear camera (no surround view) •    Rear wiper arm •    Rear spoiler •    Chrysler emblem (rear) •    License plate •    Tail lamp (rear light on liftgate) •    License lamps ➡️ So most of the back hatch area is being replaced and repaired. ⸻ 🔧 WHAT’S BEING REPAIRED (Labor Work) •    Pre-repair scan •    Post-repair scan •    Battery disconnect / airbag system reset •    Glass installation •    Adhesive removal •    Paint labor •    Body labor That means they will: •    Scan the car computer before & after •    Reset safety systems •    Paint parts •    Install new parts ⸻ 💰 COST BREAKDOWN Parts: $3,494.45 Body Labor: $812.50 Paint Labor: $370.50 Mechanical Labor: $175.00 Paint Supplies: $250.80 Other Charges: $3.50 ⸻ Subtotal: $5,106.75 Sales Tax (6%): $306.41 I WILL BE POSTING THE SEATS! I was scammed. Proof that the many knowingly patched a bullet whole versus doing instructions below When your estimate says things like: •    Seat back pad •    Seat back cover •    Seat cushion pad •    Seat cushion cover That does NOT mean they’re putting brand-new full seats in your van. It means they’re replacing parts of the seat, not the whole seat frame. ⸻ 🪑 What That Actually Means A car seat is made of layers: 1.    Metal frame (the actual structure) 2.    Foam padding 3.    Leather or cloth cover Your estimate shows they’re replacing: •    The foam padding •    The leather cover So basically they’re rebuilding the damaged seat using new seat components. ⸻ 🚗 Why Would They Replace Seat Parts? Usually because: •    Airbags deployed •    Seat got ripped or punctured •    Seat was crushed from impact •    Sensor wiring in seat area was affected It’s common in rear or side damage. Where is the money at????

Took my automobile after a collision. They were paid fully through insurance. The exterior looked good. But interior work not fully complete. Had to pay another shop out of pocket.

Someone backed into my car in an attempted escape after they stole somebody’s else car. Anyway, took it to Body Builders for a quote. A brotha named Faheem checked out the car and provided me a quote, it seemed very solid. Gave me a break down of when the parts would be in and when I could bring my car back. The parts were a little delayed but the work was done fast when they came in. The young lady at the front desk was professional and pleasant. The work was done great. Highly satisfied.
