I had to send my wife here to get some serious brake work done while I was out of town. Everyone was polite and courteous to my woman, not overbearing or inappropriate in any way as some places tend to be with an attractive female that they do not ever want to be there again. The mechanic sent photos of needed work to be done and got everything done in very timely manner, as well as followed up after few days later to answer my questions about vehicle condition. They also had an online coupon for a discount of $50 which was neat. Costs were reasonable with the market and type of vehicle I have. I would use these guys again this is my second time here with 2 separate vehicles, good customer service and communication, also coupons on their website.

Have used this facility multiple times now. Competitive pricing, great customer service and no pressure for additional services. In addition they did take the time to help me understand what would be coming up so that I can maintain my vehicle properly but allow me time to budget. Most recently had a headlight go out unexpectedly and was able to get in on a Saturday morning via their convenient online scheduling system. Was in and out in less than one hour. Would highly recommend this service center. Nick is great at answering questions helping me create a timeline for vehicle maintenance that doesn't break the bank at one shot. Grateful for that.

Did my car detailing here. Very professional and they knew what they were doing to fix issues with my car paint. My car looks fabulous with their detailing services! Highly recommend.

I have serviced both of my vehicles here multiple times in the last couple months and have always had a great experience! They always have appointments available and get your vehicle repaired in a timely manner whether you wait for your vehicle or drop off for service. Nick is an excellent service advisor!

Please do not believe any of these negative reviews. My dad and I randomly stumbled upon this place in a pinch for a state inspection during memorial day weekend and they were incredibly accommodating. Leslie let us know in advance how long we would have to wait considering we were walk-ins, and offered us every assurance that things were on track and kept us updated throughout our stay. I witnessed firsthand how they accommodated other customers as well with patience and care. Their waiting room is also better than most that I’ve seen at mechanics. There’s a lot of space to walk around if you’re like me and don’t necessarily like sitting the whole time, but if not the chairs (there are 10 btw!) are very comfortable and the TV is nice and large. They also offer complimentary beverages like coffee, tea and water and the bathrooms (single use) are nice and well maintained. When it came to the inspection, they brought us out to the garage and showed us in detail what was wrong and let us know what our options were. Leslie was incredibly supportive throughout the whole process so I can’t recommend this place enough. He even went out of his way to get us a tire they didn’t carry it at a local shop nearby! Best of all, they’re very transparent about their pricing and they’ll work with you on it too. All you have to do is ask. This is definitely the place to go if you need something done so we will definitely be back for the service alone! Thank you!
