Mr. Muffler Auto

I made an appointment to have my muffler checked at Mr Muffler in Johnstown due to noise increasing in that area. My wife and I were treated with kindness and respect from the first call to set up the appointment until the receipt and keys were handed back to us after the job was completed. We received a complete diagnosis of the problem and how it would be fixed. The job was completed quickly and efficiently, and the price was super reasonable. Don't think twice about letting these guys handle your vehicle. My impression is they are super nice and genuine. Will definitely turn to them in the future with any vehicle trouble I may face.

We have used Mr. Muffler twice now and please DO NOT hesitate to take your car here. So friendly, so accommodating and will NOT pressure you to do more than needed. We've had our car towed here twice and they have always fixed what we needed in a very timely manner. Awesome place! Highly recommend

I put a muffler on a 2014 honda crv paid 340 dollars it last 2 1/2 years if this is the quality of their parts it's not worth it . I contacted them and they were not very co-operative

Friendly, helpful and efficient, this location helped me out of a HUGE jam, being out of town on vaca and at a loss for a sudden exhaust pipe repair. I can't thank these guys enough, especially Steve who did the work, for taking my baby right in and getting her fixed up and letting me drive back to Youngstown NOT sounding like a ghetto mess, LOL. HIGHLY recommended!
