I brought my future car for a pre purchase inspection. Mike welcomed me into the garage after his initial inspection to show me the issues he found. Most garages I have been to - do not offer this level of access. I was able to see first hand the issues and document them. I’ve taken two vehicles to this shop, and both experiences left me questioning their diagnostic abilities. The first vehicle was an older early-2000s car. After charging me a diagnostic fee, I was told there were too many error codes and that they couldn’t fix the issue. While frustrating, I accepted that and moved on. The second experience was much more concerning. I brought in a relatively newer vehicle and simply requested a tune-up. After another diagnostic fee, I was told there was metal in my oil and that I needed a completely new engine. As you can imagine, that was extremely alarming. Before making a major financial decision, I took the vehicle to the dealership for a second opinion. The dealership completed the tune-up, performed an oil change, and told me the vehicle was in good condition with no engine replacement needed. I can’t say whether this shop misdiagnosed the issue, didn’t want to do the work, or simply lacked the expertise but receiving such drastically different assessments was enough for me to lose confidence. If you need basic maintenance like a tire air check, you may be fine. But for larger repairs or diagnostics, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before spending serious money here.

We have been panicking since our mechanic of 25 years had the audacity to retire. My son’s car broke down on a Friday, and their tow guy got it right there and they got right on it even though we’re new to the business. Got the car back Monday morning with a bill that was less than I expected given the emergency nature of the repairs. Nice to know there is a great shop so close to us!

Mike and team are personable and helpful. Mike patiently walked me through the needed repairs and even put the car up on the lift to show me where the issues were. When I picked up my car there was a tweak needed on the brakes. I called and and he told me to come right back over and they fixed it right on the spot and made sure it was right before I left. I am very happy with the result.
