5-Star Review Balistreri Auto Service took me in right away when my “new” battery wouldn’t hold a charge. They were completely honest, confirmed the battery was bad, and replaced it immediately. I was also quoted $1,800 by the dealership to replace the weatherstripping. Tony took a look, explained my options clearly, and gave me a much more affordable solution using clips (which means I just open the front door when closing the rear). I went with that option and couldn’t be happier. It’s refreshing to find a shop that’s honest and truly looks out for the customer instead of trying to upsell unnecessary work. Tony and the team at Balistreri Auto Service are the real deal. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience today at Balistreri Auto. I wasn’t sure what was wrong with my car but could smell strong fumes coming from my exhaust. I stopped by the shop & they found the problem almost immediately. An hour later it was fixed & ready to go! These guys are very knowledgeable & trustworthy. They treated me like family & I’ll definitely be back!

I had an unexpected car emergency and they let me in last minute. It was an involved draining job for them. They were so kind and personable. Even though they were busy. Genuinely great people! And as a female I never felt intimidated or was I talked down to. You can feel very comfortable there. And I leaned my car was eligible for something the dealership didn’t disclose.They could have done this very expensive service and collect my money.

This man is a gift from God. We're fairly new to the PA area and needed our kicks inspection done. We called around and had a run around but when we called Anthony at ballestiri auto he was there available same day and pretty quick. While there Anthony was professional we chatted about cars, life, fun, and future/past car projects then this happened we also have a 02 town and country we purchased right before moving to pa well Anthony let us know he could fix the old girl and the new car and to never pay DEALERSHIP PRICES bring either or both of them if we have any problems that right there nearly made us cry because some people are overpriced and rude but this man was polite professional and again id recommended this business to ANYONE you will not get scam half work or the bs or run around definitely a 5 star I'd give 10 if I could. This was my first time coming to Balistreri Auto Service. I was looking for a new place to have my Honda Cr-V 2009 vehicle serviced. I met the owner Tony and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and absolutely took pride in his shop. As he told me, "My name is on the building!" While Tony was giving a customer a ride home after the customer dropped off his car for service, his son Josh performed the Oil and Filter change. I asked Tony if he wanted me to pay with cash or credit card and Tony said cash is always better because of the credit card fee. He explained with cash you are able to save some money. Tony's price was reasonable. I was thrilled with the experience and will absolutely be back again. I believe I found a local gem! Thanks Tony!
