I visited the shop to have some body repair work and I had an amazing experience with. Raffi and his team were friendly, polite, and very helpful. Raffi kept me informed of the entire process the whole time. The work was completed and delivered as promised. I recommend Kelly’s AutoBody for all your future repair needs.

Brakes were making noise. Called Monday to see when they could take a look. Dropped off Monday night and brakes were fixed Tuesday. Friendly and helpful on the phone throughout the process.

Lindley Towing provided one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. I do not believe my car should have been towed in the first place. I had previously spoken with police and was told it was okay to keep the vehicle in my driveway temporarily while I arranged inspection and registration. I was scheduled to take the car for inspection the same day it was towed. It was parked directly in front of my own driveway, blocking only my own vehicles. When I called the woman working there repeatedly tried to discourage me from retrieving it, warning multiple times that it was “not good to drive without registration,” despite the fact that I was already en route and the drive is only a few minutes. This felt like an attempt to delay pickup and add additional holding charges. I retrieved my vehicle within two hours, yet I was still charged $275, including a $100 “storage” fee, which is unreasonable given the extremely short time the car was in their possession. When we arrived, the employee was visibly angry from the start. My fiancé calmly asked if there was any flexibility due to the short time frame. Because he has aphasia from a stroke, I clarified what he was trying to say. She became immediately hostile, refused to listen, and continued escalating the situation. My fiancé took the paperwork and walked out to avoid further conflict. After he left, she slammed the door and repeatedly called him an “asshole.” I explained that he has a speech disability due to a stroke, and she stated she didn’t care and continued the insults over and over, attempting to provoke an argument. What makes this especially disturbing is that the person she was verbally abusing is someone who has fought for this country in pretty much every combat zones. Regardless of anyone’s background, no customer deserves to be treated this way. Especially when they have a disability. I didn’t argue because she wasn’t worth the time, I had just too much going on to spend anytime dealing with her that day. I understand towing policies, but there is absolutely no excuse for this level of hostility, disrespect, and lack of basic human decency. I would not recommend this company.

I got into an accident and my car was towed to here. Since the accident happened on a Friday, they told me that I can’t get my car towed to another place to get it fixed until Monday at the earliest because they’re closed over the weekend. Which is fair, so I’m not so upset about the delay. However, they were quite dishonest on telling me what I’m being charged for during the time my car stayed there. The guy that I talked to on Saturday told me that they would only charge the tow fee of $125 and $45 per night my car being kept there. So I was just expecting $125 for tow fee and $45 for each night for the two nights ($90) my car was there. But the bill came out to be $375! They also charged me for another $45 for each day my car was there so it was two days and two nights and the storage fee came out to be $180 just by itself. They also charged me for oil dry fee (claimed that there was oil leaking from my car), cleaning fee, and admin fee. But my car NEVER GOT OIL LEAKING NOR WAS IT BEING CLEANED. My car was still completely dusty and the inside looked completely untouched up to the moment I got it towed to another place on Monday. This business place is such a scam and super dishonest. The staff were cocky through the phone and lied about their service charges in person. If I’m able to give them 0 star, I would. This coming from a person who wouldn’t get out of her way to write reviews unless she feel greatly satisfied or greatly disappointed.
