The first mechanic shop I have been to that actually stuck to the appointment time on the dot. Inspection was quick and easy, and any parts that needed to be replaced were done very quick. Whole proccess took about an hour which is the least amount of time I have spent in any inspection place. The front worker Mike was very personable from the moment I drove to the place and explained everything in detail about the service. Steve gave very good reccomendations on car maintenance and what to fix next on my vehicle. This will be the only mechanic shop I use from now on for inspections and other repairs.

Got a free brake inspection with coupon. Got a written vehicle report and a picture of the brakes. No pressure to do the work. Waiting room has big window so you can see the shop if you want. Clean and neat. I was impressed. Mike gave me good info/advice. I will be scheduling a brake job soon

I was deeply disturbed to see a public comment associated with this business/employee containing racist and inflammatory language, including the use of a racial slur and statements suggesting Black people are “not compatible with civilized society.” Regardless of political views or opinions about any case, this type of hateful rhetoric is unacceptable from anyone representing a business or interacting with the public. Customers deserve professionalism, respect, and basic human decency. As a person of color, seeing comments like this raises serious concerns about how minority customers may be viewed or treated. It does not create an environment that feels welcoming or safe for everyone. I hope the business addresses this appropriately and clearly communicates whether these views reflect the company’s standards and values.
