Great experience all around - friendly staff, communicative and amazing work! Jason was great to work with - he kept me updated and clearly communicated what the latest was with my truck. He made working with my insurance so painless and I appreciated that. The work done on my truck by Rich Dziekan and others was amazing - my truck looked so beautiful I legitimately teared up. Thank you!

Driving to work one morning, a deer struck the side of my vehicle and dented it pretty bad. Couldn't even open my driver door. After calling my insurance company, my next call was to Fran. Fran told me he'd take care of it like it was his own, so I know I was in good hands. Fran and his team have a passion for what they do and it shows. I couldn't have been more satisfied with how everything went. Jason was great at explaining everything to me during the entire process, and I received text messages daily about the progress too. The final result is fabulous! The paint looks perfect, gaps are perfect, and I couldn't be more happier! A special thanks to Fran and his wonderful team for the amazing job you did for me. I will never go anywhere else and you can bet everyone I know will be coming to your place too!

I got a quote but could never get them to call back. They may do good work, but who really knows? I even called back to ask if someone was ever going to call me, and was told someone definitely would…. You can guess what happens next? No one ever called and I’m going somewhere else. If you can get a hold of someone, then good for you. Otherwise I’m not sure. I called caliber collision after my phone calls to joe Diiorio’s never got returned (even though i was guaranteed i would get one when i called a second time)

This morning a representative from Joe Diiorio Auto Body told me on a phone call that they would provide me a quote. I let them know my situation on the call and that I already had 2 quotes and wanted a 3rd party estimate. I was told it would take 30 minutes to provide me an estimate. I was not only not given an estimate after I drove there instead I was met by someone who I thought was going to provide me with the estimate... Instead they asked for my other estimates which has private information on them. Being under the impression that this was part of the process for them to provide me an estimate themselve I let them look at both estimates. They lied to me and did not provide me with an estimate. I not only wasted my time and gas money to drive there I also was frauded by this business becasue I trusted them to show two documents containing my private information and estimates ONLY because I was under the impression that they were going to provide me with a quote and that it was part of the process to do so Once the tech looked at my car and the documents he back tracked and said "well you have two already so I'm not going to provide one." They not only did not provide the estimate but when I called to discuss this matter after I left the property very confused and feeling lied too... I was hung up on twice by the secretary when I asked to speak with the person who originally booked the estimate appointment in order to gain clarification. This is a very very terrible way to treat people. I would not recommend a business that seems based on this exchange with them to have no ethics and is OK with wasting my time and lying to me.

Insurance sent me here after an accident. Took quite while for work to get finished. When I went to pick up the car, they would not allow me to write a check for the $500 deductible. This is a ridiculous policy for automobile service. I live two blocks away, and they have all my personal information.
