GetGo Gas Station

The price advertised on the street sign is 35 cent different from the actual price on the pump. When brought this to the attention of the cashier/attendant, she didn’t seem to care much requested to speak to the manager manager is not on site and she wasn’t too eager to let her know about that discrepancy.

To be fair, I was a regular customer. This station usually works for me, but I'll stop coming after today. Today at the pump, after scanning my GE card, entering my credit card, selecting the fuel type, waiting for the display to mark zeros and placing the fuel nozzle without any issues, the pump didn't work: nothing happened, no fuel was going into the tank. I pushed the help button at the pump, but nobody answered. Then, I went to the store seeking help, but it was closed (I double-checked to make sure it was during business hours). I was concerned about my credit card info, since the transaction did not end gracefully and it was still stuck, so finally, I called GetGo on the phone. After holding for 10mins, the call ended abruptly. To be sure, other customers had the same experience as me, so this wasn't a just one pump problem. I understand that sometimes things go wrong. But what ends my relationship with this station was the 0% level of customer support that I experienced today. If I left the station today without refueling after one employee at least tried to help me, I would have been fine and come back. But 0% customer support is unacceptable.

Been coming to this get go for years to get smokes and lottery. I don't know what happened these past few months, staff all new. Customer service is non existent, rude, and condescending. I buy smokes and replay in one transaction. The manager will no longer allow lottery at the counter despite the machine still there on the counter. Nor will allow change for lottery machine. I will now go to BP down the street

Absolutely appalling. I do not do reviews unless I am absolutely disgusted. I first walked in to the store and noticed the floors looked disgusting as if they were never mopped or deck brushed ever (see photos with price tags). I walk into the bathroom that has a sign on the outside and inside saying they are “committed to the cleanest restroom as possible,” and walk into an absolute joke. The floors are equally disgusting. There are dirt marks on the wall. The corners look like they have never been cleaned. The sink is very gross looks as if a good scrubbing would make it look brand new. There is no toilet paper, no seat covers, the hand soap is broken, the hand soap dispenser has dripped in gunked up the water heater below it, which only helps hold the dirt. The toilet brush On the floor looks absolutely disgusting, It looks as it has never been used, but sat on the floor to collect grossness. Noticing the floors when I first walk in to the store in the bathrooms makes me wonder what things behind the counters actually look like, where are they prepare the food. I used to work in a restaurant and know what food prep surfaces should look like, Bathrooms should look equally the same. If you neglect one, you’re probably neglecting the other. Makes me wonder if they actually clean the coffee machines at night. Are they Cleaning the soda fountain. Did you know those little cones that the soda Pours through the fountain into your cup should be removed and cleaned daily? If you didn’t know, Now you know to second-guess when you see them in a disgusting place. On a positive note, there was a worker in a beard cover, Would not have guessed he worked there by the pink shirt, But he was doing something with the coffee machine and had a beard so I assumed he worked there. I would never go here again. I would never recommend this get-go to anybody. Sorry for any typos Voice to text and auto correct. Based off how they care about their workplace cleanliness, I don’t care anything Or waste my time. This is probably going nowhere.

Every time I fill up at this location, the pumps are out of receipt paper, meaning I have to walk in and request one. The clerks have been very rude, even to the point of telling me I have to wait my turn in line for my receipt. I know at times the paper will run out, but at some point, can a manager of this station remind the workers it’s part of their job to refill the pump receipt units…?
