Excellent customer service at this location! I came in for new running shoes and they did not have the shoe I was looking for however the Store Manager went out of his way to ensure that I was able to order it and was able to apply the coupons that I was unable to use online. This ended up saving me $40 on my purchase that would not have been applied had I gone home and orders the shoes!
View on GoogleI shop at Dick's often so id always hope that the customer service is great. After today I will take a second thought about shopping again. No one spoke coming in with multiple sales clerks, no helpful sense at all in a customer service driven atmosphere. I also looked puzzled looking for the item I needed. 2 ladies were on their phones, and the male clerks only spoke to white customers coming in. This is the way to lose good consistent customers.

View on GoogleI’m writing to share a disappointing experience from our visit today. When we checked out, there were no other customers at the cashier. My 4-year-old son was very excited and politely placed the items on the counter for the cashier to scan. She gave no response, which we thought was fine at that point. However, after scanning everything, as we prepared to pay, my son held out his hand clearly wanting the item we had just bought for him. The cashier saw this but completely ignored him again—no acknowledgement, no gesture, nothing. My son didn’t say anything, but he was on the verge of tears. As an adult, I believe the cashier could have at least offered a simple word or gesture, especially to a child who was being polite and enthusiastic. We’ve been to many other Dick’s stores where the staff were always welcoming and helpful. This is the only location where we’ve encountered such impolite service. Honestly, it made us feel unwelcome, and perhaps that’s why this store was so quiet on a Saturday afternoon.
