A couple days ago I had to have AAA to my car to the nearest garage. The tow truck driver said "oh if you're taking your car there you're going to have a good experience" and all I was thinking was " dude this is your competition you both own repair garages You're basically talking about how good your competition is" ..... After a couple of days of my car being fixed and how quickly they got a huge job done it's like oh okay I understand why even your competition respects how good this shop is.

The toughest service to find is not just a good, but a trustworthy garage. Donnie & the guys are exceptional. Communication it top notch and the work done is reliable. The knowledge base of the staff as a whole is fantastic and comprehensive. We have always felt taken care. Update: The guys are still exceeding expectations and have elevated our confidence in the quality of their work & the heart they show for their customers. We have the utmost confidence & trust that we are being treated like a friend rather than just a customer. Update 2: I sound like I'm paid, I am not. I kept forgetting to make an appointment for an issue that had been going on for months. I called in the early evening on Friday, knew I was going to leave a message saying I was just putting this issue on their radar, have a great weekend, I'll call back to talk Mon. Morning. Donnie called back after 6pm to talk about the problem and make arrangements to look at it in a day or two at the beginning of the week despite a fully scheduled week ahead for the garage.

Some time ago I had brought my car to Hershey Auto to have them service my car. It was my first and last time id ever go there. The shop suggested I change my cabin filter. I gave them the ok. Paid for a new filter plus labor. Not cheap. A few days later I had the car into the dealership for somthing else. They asked while it was there if I'd like to get a free cabin filter inspection.. which I agreed to let them do. The mechanic said my filter should be replaced. I told him that's not possible as I had paid Hershey Auto to put a new one in just a couple of days earlier. When he showed me the filter it became obviously clear the old one was never replaced. I brought my car back to Hershey Auto and had them replace the old filter which I had already paid them to do. They did and tried to give me some lame excuse for not doing it. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
