Great first experience with this dealership as we just moved to the area. They impressed me from the start by sending me a video showing what work needed done on the car along with a detailed explanation. Rachel was my Service Advisor and she could not have been any more helpful. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and to also help me find out how I go about transferring my title and get a Pennsylvania tag. I will be taking my other two vehicles to them as well. I would recommend this dealership service department to anyone, especially for work on your Corvette.

I’ve been a loyal customer at Turner Chevrolet for 7 years, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. During my visit today, my service associate Thomas was rude, argumentative, and defensive when I asked about my check engine light. This is a concern because the light has been on since my last visit, and I’ve previously noticed service notes stating that I “refused” recommendations that were never actually discussed with me. When I brought this up and asked to review the notes, Thomas immediately distanced himself, stating he didn’t write them and that diagnostics would not be checked unless I specifically requested and paid for it. I made it clear I simply wanted to ensure my check engine light concern was documented during this visit. Although I did not request a multi-point inspection, a 27-point inspection was performed. When Thomas went to check my vehicle, he stated the light was not on. I then referenced the codes I had received from AutoZone, and his response was dismissive and unprofessional—saying I could “get a code from Kmart,” which was both irrelevant and inappropriate. When I calmly told him he was being rude and argumentative, he deflected by suggesting I was accusing him of covering up for technicians, which I never said. His tone remained defensive throughout the interaction. Additionally, after years of being a customer, being repeatedly addressed as “mister” instead of “sir” or by my name (Mr. Berry) felt dismissive and disrespectful, especially given the context of the interaction. This experience did not reflect the level of professionalism or customer care I’ve come to expect. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, ensures accurate service documentation, and addresses how customers are communicated with moving forward.

They did a fantastic repair on my fender!!!! It lookslike new! Also they washed my car and cleaned it inside. Something I was dreading to have to do! I can’t say enough wonderful things about The work they did!

Very disappointed in the service today. Arrived @ 9:45am for a 10 am Pa state inspection only. Service advisor was told NOT to wash the car when finished. Approximately 11:30 i was advised the car needed an air filter which I allowed them to do. 11:45 our car was brought around and pulled into the pick up area. 12:10 I approached the service writer and asked why I wasn't called to pay my bill. She told me the bill was being totaled. 12:15 I was then called to pay the bill. Upon approaching the car I noticed they had washed the car after they were told not to. Inside the car, a few knobs and switches were moved unnecessary. This is not the first time this service department has failed my approval. All this said, a simple state inspection took 2 1/2 hours!

Went in for an inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. I realized I forgot to leave my new registration and insurance card in the glove box. The staff, Alyssa specifically, was so wonderful about letting me send it electronically. She even went above and beyond and printed it for me and left the copies in my car. The service itself was fast and efficient. The customer service, however, is what will keep my business.
