I've been patronizing Steve Shannon's ever since they gave my son his first job as a co-op when he attended as a student at the local dauphin county technical School. They have always treated me well. I take my vehicles there for everything. I get good service, respect and I'm sincerely appreciated. And the one time I had a major issue, they made it right. I seldom do these online reviews and maybe I should. Today however when I went in, it was just a routine oil change and possible tire rotation. As usual I received outstanding service. I ding the star however, because I was not real happy to see the gambling kiosks. I'm sorry. This does not set the tone for what I want to see in this type of business or establishment. If you want something for your patrons to do to pass the time, put in classic arcade cabinets like Miss Pac-Man, galaga or something similar. Even pick up those one up cabinets from the local Costco for inexpensive amount of money. I just think gambling kiosks sets the wrong tone. Thank you.

They checked my tires and found a nail. They repaired it in a reasonable amount of time and kept me informed. I appreciate their attention to detail.
