Didnt get a call before they did the work to let me know how much it would cost or what exactly needed fixed. And then I was a bit surprised at the bill when I arrived to pick it up. For them to put in a new battery, including labor, cost me $380. Way more than I was expecting. Which only makes the no quote thing stand out a lot more. And lastly, I still have a ticking sound when I go to start my vehicle which was the same reason why I brought it in to began with. So it looks like Ill be dropping it off at a different shop here shortly. I won't be going back there in the future but I wish them all the best.

They lack honesty in their dealings; they blow simple matters out of proportion, turning them into intractable problems. I spoke with them regarding the fees, and they claimed they would reduce them for me; however, when I paid by card, they charged the exact same fees they had previously claimed to have reduced. Do not be deceived by the reviews and ratings—they are nothing but a sham. This is the worst auto shop I have ever encountered. I gave them * star, but they don’t deserve it.
