Had two engine mounts replaced in my Audi. I immediately noticed a rough start and a constant vibration when I got it back that was not there prior to them working on my car. I told them that. They of course said it was like that when it was brought in. I said it most definitely was not. That was STRIKE 1 🙄 I'm not going back and forth with you. My car was very quiet, now it makes noise. They told me they'll charge me for a diagnostic to see what's wrong. That would be understandable if you had not JUST worked on it HOURS ago. That was STRIKE 2. STRIKE 3 -My auto start/stop doesn't work now either. After their response to my initial issue once I got it back, I knew it was going to be issues bringing up another concern. I will never go back. I should've just taken my car to the Audi dealership to begin with. Atleast I know they know what they're doing at an Audi dealership as they work on these cars all the time. Thry also back their work. You get what you pay for when you go to small businesses like this. I can only be upset with myself I guess because I knew better. My car actually needs a good bit of work done (brakes,tires,cam) but if I can't trust your practices, you won't get my money. You got 1 time to burn me. Glad others have had a good experience with them but I am VERY unhappy with their service. I wouldn't recommend them unless its something simple that you could probably do yourself but dont want to.

It's so hard to find an honest mechanic's sometimes, but Smitty's is definitely that! They're honest and trustworthy, their prices are very fair, and they do good work. I won't see anyone else if I can help it.

Brought my Jeep here after a scumbag dealer lied and said I needed thousands of dollars in repairs to pass inspection. Needless to say, I'll continue to take my vehicle here from now on as well as refer all family and friends to this garage. They do things right. Highly recommend.
