Phil’s Body Shop did a great job and was very easy to work with. The team was friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the process. My car looked great when the work was finished, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs body work done.

Phil’s is a wonderful shop. They gave me an estimate and a few days later I had the car in to be fixed and it was done when they said it would be done and it didn’t cost anymore than the estimate. My car looks like it did the day I bought it. Highly highly recommend

My car got hit and was all dented so I took it here to get fixed. They were able to get my car in quickly, and fixed it within a week. It looks good as new! Everyone was also very friendly. Great service!

I have made a mess of my driver side quarter size scrape trying DIY using Amazon and even factory paint ( touch up/spray can / clear coat) . More I tried to fix it more it gotten out of hand. 🤦‍♂️. Finally, I started searching for a decent auto body shop to get me out of this situation. The dead center mess I made on my brand new truck was just not bearable. I have done work on my bikes engine and mechanical stuff oil changes to brake pads and chain stuff, but I guess I found out auto paint is something I can't do . I came across Phil's body shop and other Auto body shops in the Harrisburg area, also gotten estimates from few shops but I chose Phil's as I felt more comfortable with Google reviews and also the ppl in the office were amazing and knowledgeable they have quoted me a very decent price. They also, upon my request, squeeze me in before the July 4th weekend. I dropped off the truck on Thursday, and on Monday, it was ready. The results were amazing they have done the perfect job. I can't tell if the mess i made was even there. Phil, the owner, even gave me a discount ( law enforcement) I highly recommend these guys for a professional job with a very decent price.

Phil’s body shop review I’m not happy about my experience with this body shop. My vehicle was getting repaired here through my auto insurance. Though it had been ready for several days, we didn’t know that. Instead of calling me, the vehicle owner, they called my husband but he didn’t pick up because he’s at work all day and he doesn’t pick up from unknown callers. So that was the first mistake. Second, when I picked up my car, the driver seat was dirty and there was dried mud & dirt on the floors and the door step. That really bugs me. Why can’t these guys just clean up afterwards? In addition, I immediately noticed that my EZ PASS was missing. I searched for it in the console and glove compartment, door side pockets and anywhere else they might have misplaced it. I went into the office and told them about this issue. The older gentleman went out to my car searching for it and going through everything. I appreciate that he wanted to help me look for it, but I didn’t like that he had to dig through all my stuff in my various parts of my car when I already searched and checked everywhere. It wasn’t necessary and just wasting my time. Mind you, I had a newborn in the back seat crying his head off. I needed to get going but this EZPASS search was holding me up. The gentleman said he would go back inside to check and told me to wait, but I had to leave since my baby was crying. On my drive, he called me and said that the company who did the windshield threw it away with the broken glass. Therefore, I would have to report it missing and request a new one. That is really annoying and frustrating because now it’s another thing that I have to handle, all because that company couldn’t remember to remove the EZPASS and set it aside in the vehicle, which would be the logical thing to do. It upsets me that they would just throw it out, which tells me they’re very mindless and inconsiderate. Overall, this ruins the customer service experience. I also wishes that they would have wiped down the front interior and/or vacuumed the dirt off the floors and seat since I’m riding in it with a baby. The car also smells of chemicals. The only nice thing was that I was able to drop off the rental car there for them to have it picked up. I had to do a lot of transferring from one vehicle to the other so to be able to drop it off there was convenient.
