I just wanted to say thank you for the great service. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and helpful from start to finish. The team made the process smooth and took good care of my vehicle. I really appreciate the honesty, communication, and quality of work you provided. It’s hard to find a shop that makes customers feel comfortable and valued, and your team definitely did that.
View on GoogleOverall the service was fantastic; however, I’m subtracting 4 stars because of three reasons: ⭐️ - The receptionist said my bill $630 and then the manager manually entered $730 ⭐️ - The receptionist my math is not well then laughed it off and said it’s $730; and then the manager said some things in Spanish to the receptionist - She giggled again and said it’s $776 (including tax). I said this is a nonprofit’s van; we are exempt from taxes and can provide you the IRS letter. The owner said I don’t know how how to remove the taxes. Note, he manually entered $730 - you just manually enter the number without taxes. ⭐️ - I asked him for his tax ID and he refused to give it. This left a bad taste in my mouth because the owner could have at least compensated for the constant mistakes made by his staff. What pissed me off more was that the owner said to the receptionist, “you benefited the customer, not me” when she giggled to give the third new price of $776. I paid and left the premises. I will think if it’s worth coming back with the remaining vans in our fleet. To gain the stars back - the owner should have at least ate the taxes at the minimum. We’re a small, minority business too and we’re intentional with our support. This is the thanks we got.

View on GoogleI took my car here and got spark plugs serpentine belt and coils but then they said it didn’t need coils it needed fuel Ignition plug. One week later Check engine like came on got the codes told me it still needed what they fixed, try to go back and they started acting weird like I wanted a hand out. Today my serpentine belt went out. Be careful with these people after 600 dollars I’m fixing the same exact repairs I paid them to fix.
