Edit: we went in to get a refund because we brought it to another shop and they explained and showed us where it was messed up. In order to get a refund, the owner made us go to the other shop to get the part they had to replace because he messed it up. The owner gave us a partial refund but admitted he didn’t test drive the car before returning it to her and claimed it was a defect part and he got it from advanced auto. The other shop showed us how he didn’t put it back together properly and it broke the new part. They said the whole tire was wobbling around when we dropped it off. Happy we got a partial refund, but we won’t be back. - My girlfriend brought her car here and I don’t know how anyone has left them a good review. The guy that worked on her car told her to drop it off at 1pm the day she was supposed to. We get there a bit before 1 and he said he wants to talk to her about the issue and he’s right down the street. We wait for almost a half hour and he’s still not there so she told them she had to go and for him to call her. The next day he says it’s going to be about $500 to fix the problem. The day after that he said she can pick it up in one more day. He says to be there between 12:30 and 1. We get there at 12:45. Nobody is there, they’re not open and he said he’s on his way. Again, we wait a half hour for him to show up. He charges her the $500 then says the problem isn’t totally fixed and he needs to wait for a part to finish fixing it but it’s fine to drive on. She goes to work and on the way home she gets on the highway and her entire car is shaking. It’s completely unsafe to drive. This is on Thursday. She contacts him and he says they’ll be closed until Tuesday so she has to wait until then. Now he won’t text back. So now she’s completely out of a car because she has to wait around on him when he made the problem worse and didn’t even completely fix it? We’re going somewhere else. Don’t bother wasting your money here.

Never thought I would have had to go thru this especially in the mechanic’s hand!!! My car was there for two days later on I receive a message saying somebody crashed it and that there’s NO CAMERA in there to no know who it was. Nobody has an explanation no nothingggg!! They wanted to fix this but this will not go back to normal at all so we had to solve this a different way. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THER ESPECIALLY IF THERES NO CAMERA!!! This people are irresponsible!!

My husband and I travelled from out of state and we had some unexpected issues with our Honda mini van. We called a few mechanics close to our air bnb and Louis (the owner) was the only one willing to come to us right away to make sure we could return home 3 days later. After fixing the major issue he even offered to work on it again when his shop was closed to ensure we’d be able to get home. He was kind & reasonable with pricing!

These guys are amazing! Never met in person, everything was done over the phone. They even came and picked my car up from my house. Fixed, everything works amazing. Cherry on top, they gave me a discount for the next time I come.

I took my car in for a brake job and was really impressed. The mechanic was straightforward, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need. The work was done on time and at a fair price. Definitely coming back if I need anything else fixed. Highly recommend!
