Every now and again your path crosses with a professional that sets the bar higher for all others in the trade. Keith at D & M Auto is this professional, businessman and mechanic in the field of Auto Service. Keith consistently demonstrates ethical, professional, and caring service while practicing as a master tradesman. He is true to his word every, single time he interacts with his customers. He is accurate in his diagnostic work minimizing any 'surprises' in the cost of repairs. Keith's ability to quickly diagnose a problem is one of his many outstanding skills. He takes the time to explain the process involved with addressing the problem and is open and honest about the cost of the work. For our family there isn't another person who would work on our vehicles. Keith, to us, is the best of the best in the world of auto mechanic professionals and businessmen. We have four vehicles between the two of us and over 60 years of driving experience. We have never been more pleased and more trusting of someone with our vehicles than we are with Keith at D & M Auto Service. These guys are great. Always honest & up-front, willing to explain your options and potential consequences. Have never tried to up-sell or convince me to have unnecessary service done. I've never had a bad experience here in 5+ years, and will keep taking my cars here as long as they're in business.
