Grove City Ford Service

Great service at a dealership! They were able to fit a 30-ft long, 12-ft tall class C Ford motorhome/RV in their shop. They told me up front that they did not necessarily have the ability to jack it up, but that was not an issue in my case as it just needed a bit of minor engine work. My tech was Jake and he did a great job! Replaced all my old ignition coils on a V10 in less than a couple hours labor. I was in and out the same day which I was truly impressed by considering most places, let alone dealerships, won't even touch a motorhome or RV.

Fast, professional and work done right! I live in Butler and the 30 minute drive was well worth it. I saw their service department was highly rated and they did not disappoint. We have a 2016 Escape that had a bad right rear wheel sensor. Our local mechanic was unable to complete the repair. I made the appointment online and received a call the next morning. I was able to authorize the work via text and review the additional diagnostic information. My service manager, James, let me know what other maintenance work they recommended via a text message with a clear breakdown of costs. He was not pushy and I didn’t feel pressured which I sincerely appreciate. The car is running great! I will definitely return and recommend Grove City Ford’s service department to others.
