West Point Auto Works is where I have gone for years. Jesse, Rob and Mark are always professional and straightforward. If you have an issue that needs addressing like a flat tire or something on the lines of taking a look at the vehicle quickly they will typically just take a look and see what the issue is right then and there. It’s very rare that they will turn you away. It is unfortunate that they are an extremely busy small business and cannot always accommodate to the customer right then and there. The schedule fills up rather quickly and limits them with walk ins, which happens at other shops as well. I can say that I’ve had all of my cars there for various reasons and not once was I ever disappointed with their work. I have never had a bad interaction with any of the employees and or management. I will continue to take my vehicles there as long as they are in operation. I highly recommend them for your vehicles needs!! Kevin Johnson

I’m in customer service so it’s only right to give credit where it’s due! I’ve had some trouble with my car with a check engine light. I got some costly repairs and it didn’t solve the problem right away, I had to make another appointment. There were some hiccups but the team made sure that I was happy by the time I left! As a woman, there’s not a lot of shops I’d recommend to other women, but this shop really does try to make sure the customers are happy. The owners I’ve seen around which is nice, and when I had a problem I got a call to make sure I’d be happy. Rob is also a great guy to work with when he’s up front, knowledgeable and kind . Will return for future work for sure

I brought them my 2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon to them for a lift overhail including installation of 8 adjustable control arms, ball joints, tie rod and steering stabilizer work. They also did a wheel alignment, oil change and tire rotation. Leading up to the work they gave me great advice, kept me informed of progress and delivered on time and budget which was reasonable. Those that have lifted jeeps know its not always easy to dial it in correctly but these guys nailed it - drives straight and smooth. Highly recommend West Point Auto Works.

View on GoogleI tend to prefer local/small businesses to big corporate chain stores for many reasons. This place certainly delivers all the reasons. I had a leaking tire that needed to be repaired. It was quick and easy. Everyone there was very nice and friendly. I felt the sense of honesty and hard working. I am feeling comfortable taking my car there for any future works. Thanks!
