A great pressure free experience! Our car was perfectly detailed and ready for us. Curt Greek from Smail Honda gave up his day off to facilitate the trade in etc. We've been Honda people since 1988, but we love our Toyota.

Mercedes has been my choice of cars for the past 20 years. The service at Smail Auto Group is exceptional. I have only had one computer issue in all the years I've been driving Mercedes. I called Mike and within one hour I had a tow truck scheduled to pick up my car. The very next day my issue was corrected and, since I live one hour from the dealership, my car was delivered back to my home. This is why I continue to purchase my cars from Bud Smail Auto Group. You can't beat the service!!!

I had my Kia Soul in for a recall in Dec. of 2026. After diagnostic was told the engine would have to be replaced. All work was done within a week. Picked car up and it ran well. On April 13 2026 I went to do a oil change at 4000 miles and found the splash shield on the bottom of the car that protects the engine had never been replaced. I contacted service and after several phone calls was told it may take several weeks to decide if they will take responsibility.

The Smail network of Auto dealerships is quite impressive. When you drive down Route 30 you see the name prominently displayed on multiple buildings. You have to say to yourself “They must be doing quite well “ There’s a reason for that. They do quite well for their customers. Myself included. I purchased three Kia’s and a Buick over the years. When they sold Buicks I sold them one I inherited at a very fair price. And I relied exclusively on them for service. There’s a reason for that. They are great at discovering the problems source and skilled at correcting it. There are no surprises or inflated issues. I call that honesty. Things go wrong. They can be costly. But routine service prevents a lot of that. Recalls are handled quickly. The Kia Sportage I’m driving now has 108,000 miles. I’ve never had a car with that many miles on it and I’ve owned several cars in my life. There’s a reason for that. Service agents that check you in and out like RJ get to the heart of the matter. Keep you informed of the issues and progress and listen to your questions and concerns with sincere attempts to satisfy your financial circumstances. In the end it’s always about what you can and cannot afford. What can wait and what MUST be done immediately. I call that reality. The service techs know the cars they service. Highly skilled and knowledgeable!!! Trained obviously. When you get your car back you can be confident the issues are resolved. I’ve never had to return for a do over. I do hope the ownership of SMAILS does well as appearance suggest. They’ve earned it. In my opinion after years of association.

Our 2005 E320 CDI has only ever been serviced by Smail Auto Group and done through their pick-up and return service. We had business in the general Greensburg area so we decided to wait while the servicing was performed. We were politely and professionally received by Mike Griffith who always handles our servicing; however we had never met until now. Our vehicle was taken in promptly and Mike kept us informed of the progress. I mentioned a "reluctant to close" sunroof to him and he personally corrected that problem. He had the car washed and returned to us in a timely manner. Thanks very much Mike. PS: Our 2018 GLE 350 was involved in a minor accident and Smail also did the repairs and again, exceptional service, communications and work............Ron & Sandy Stombaugh
