These people are going to take care of you. My wife and I have been bringing our vehicles here for state inspection and all other repairs for over 10 years and I don't have a bad word to say. They fix it the right way, they fix it cheap, and they fix it fast. EVERYTIME..!!!!
View on GoogleI talked to a really nice guy on Good Friday in regards to making an appointment. He said to call on Monday and they can get me scheduled. Today is Monday. I got on the phone with their receptionist Wendy and her attitude was unreal. she was short with me almost like she wanted me to get off the phone and cracked a condescending joke the first minute of the conversation. I was Inquiring about appointments this upcoming week and I told her I only had availability in the evening. Before that sentence could even be completed. She cuts me off and said They’re only open from 9-5. I assumed they took their last appointment at five so I asked her for a 4 o’clock appointment as I’m in school. She cuts me off and emphasized the sentence. I then went to explain why I chose a 4 PM. She said verbatim “don’t cut me off I am talking.” This is only ONE example of this nasty behavior. I’ve never received this type of customer service in my time living here in Greensburg. Attitude like this is what drives customers away. And for Wendy. since you hung up the phone on me before I could tell you what it is to work in customer service understand your attitude is horrendous. I am sure they lost out on customers because of your presentation on the phone. As someone who’s been working in customer service for almost a decade, I’ve never and would never talk to a potential customer like that. You need to do better.

View on GoogleThey were so sweet. I was sent here by my son who has used their services before and had nothing but good reviews. I went in for some simple service & was greeted by 2 very pleasant ladies who helped me quickly & had a mechanic with me immediately. He removed a tire for me found an issue I hadn't thought of but fixed it without my having to purchase yet ANOTHER part as I was already on my way to pick up a new rim to bring back to them for tire mounting. He checked over everything before placing the new rim & tire back on my my car, even my brakes. They are great people, I absolutely see what my son was talking about. I'll definitely return.

Even explained everything in a way someone with no auto experience could understand. I will definitely be back for all my auto needs.
