Josh and the team have been very helpful over the years with my various automotive projects. They're always willing to help with routine and challenging problems. They're easy to coordinate with and nearly always over deliver on their promise time. They often find deals and cost savings I wasn't aware of. I've been a happy customer here for years and look forward to having them work on my cars in the future.
View on Google9 months ago we stopped in to get 4 tires. They talked me into buying Solarus tires ( bad decision) they also talked me into getting an alignment because of the way my front tires were worn. I've been heavy duty diesel mechanic for 30 years just to give you perspective ( I kind of know the business). Yes my front tires were worn because the control arm bushings were bad. They install the tires, move the vehicle and align it. We drove approximately 60 miles and started to realize something was wrong. The left front wheel all 5 luggage nuts were hand tight, the right front 3 of the 5 were hand tight, the other 2 barely had to turn my ratchet to move them. Didn't get an alignment sheet of what the measurements were. The vehicle still pulled to the right. The Solarus tires are noisy and thump. I find interesting that on the NTB age ask the reviews you can see are 5 star reviews. I had my hesitation even going to companies like this, but don't worry I will never be back!!!
View on GoogleShawn and the guys got me right 6+ hours from home on Army orders had a tire blowout from a pothole. Couldn’t be more impressed with the professional team at NTB. Management please pass along this to the team they’re making you guys look great even up until closing on a weekday. Highly recommend.
View on GoogleGreat place and employees. I’ve come here at Greensburg ntb a couple times for a variety of things for my car, and I’ve never left disappointed. These guys are great. Very communicative, quick while still being officiant, and never charge me more than what I go in for. Their prices are very reasonable for the great work they do as well. The great employees that work here are so friendly, and my car leaves fixed and good as new.
View on GoogleI’ve been thru here for the annual stuff, as well as brakes, suspension work, oil changes, etc. They already have honored parts under warranty for me, and worked with me to resolve an inspection issue. Recently had a slow leak on a tire and where most shops would just get you for more money, these guys were honest and were able to patch the puncture and save the tire. Top notch crew and will keep coming back for more service!!! AAAAA+++++ thanks!!!
