I would not recommend Greensburg Collision based on our experience. Our vehicle was repaired there after an accident that was not our fault and was fully covered by insurance. When we picked the car up, we immediately noticed several issues. The front headlight wiring was visibly exposed, and at night it was clear the headlight was not seated correctly due to a misalignment. In addition, the door was not properly aligned and appeared to have been propped during repair, which left a dent along the bottom. When we called, the office staff was friendly and told us to bring the car back, which we appreciated. However, when my husband returned with the vehicle, the manager stated the door had not even been removed during the repair process, which was concerning given the alignment issue. They attempted to correct the problems, but the headlight was still not properly positioned. We discovered that an aftermarket headlight had been installed instead of a Toyota part. We were then told they might need to contact State Farm to see if insurance would pay for a replacement. It is difficult to understand why the insurance company should need to issue another payment when the original repair was not completed correctly. State Farm ultimately issued another check, and we had to return yet again to have the door realigned and the headlight addressed. When a significant repair is paid for by insurance, the expectation is that the vehicle is returned in proper condition the first time. We should not have had to bring the car back multiple times for exposed wiring, a dent caused during repair, and misaligned parts. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet basic standards of quality or accountability. I would not recommend this shop and would not take another vehicle there.

Terrible customer service. Did not make me aware of issues within my vehicle that made it "unsafe to drive" until after I had paid and they closed the business behind me leaving me without an operational vehicle and anybody to talk to. Was told "we have a million things going on around 5 so things can get forgotten" Allergic to accountability.

Omg these people are awesome. The secretary is super friendly and the car was fixed superbly and in 1-day. I think they forgot to buff out the door, but we asked about it and they did it right there real quick. Lovely bunch. Def would come back if my car breaks down again.
