As always, great experience with Delaney. Purchased a Rogue at another dealer with well over 100,000 miles as my daughter's college car hoping to get a few more years out of it. Delaney has gladly taken it on for servicing and repairs, even at the last minute. David Vogel & his techs have made this situation much easier to navigate. Their customer service is top-notch! Rare these days.
View on GoogleI had an air conditioning/heating problem on my used Nissan Pathfinder that wasn’t getting resolved. I had it looked at several times and things were done but no one could get it fixed. I was getting to the end of my rope and to the end of the warranty. Everything changed when Tim, the Nissan Service manager at Delaney, got the Delaney Nissan team involved. I hadn’t bought the car from them but you would have thought I was their best customer! Tim assured me they would get to the bottom of the issue and they did. They took the time to assess the entire situation, got to the root of the problem, fixed it, and then ran the car a few days to make sure everything was working right before handing it back to me (with a full tank of gas). Tim was in constant communication, made sure I had a rental to cover my needs, and worked with Nissan to make sure everything was covered. Great service, great people, and a solid company. I will be going back for all my Nissan needs.
View on GoogleI had my 2024 Nissan Ariya with only 9,000 miles towed via Roadside assistance to Delaney Nissan because I had a flat tire that couldn’t be repaired. They provided a price to replace two tires that were the same as what came on the vehicle but were $100 higher than a local tire shop. Although Nissan shows a Nissan Tire Match program in the MyNissan owner portal the service & parts manager wouldn’t honor the program. I called Nissan corporate and they said they couldn’t help me because the dealers are independently owned and operated. So long story short don’t go to this dealer if you want the best pricing and to feel like a valued Nissan owner.
