My appointment has always been on time which is great. But EVERY SINGLE TIME I've brought my car in to have something fixed (because I've had nothing but problems since I bought my car) I get it back and it's always broken worse!!!!!!!! And I wish I was being dramatic when I say every single time.

Once again sucked in…..So I took my car back here for service that included oil change, tire rotation and state emissions and inspection. Did they do the work, I guess. Did they do it well nope!!! They left a residue all over my windshield from the old stickers, gave me last month’s stickers, and then didn’t reset my oil change indicator. To be fair the Service manager did call me to talk about it and is supposedly going to take care of the next oil change and tire rotation for free. It’s just really annoying that my fiancé who take her Nissan to them gets treated like gold. Their waiting room has snacks and lots of drink options and they just are helpful and nice. I bought my car from Delaney and they treat me like oh well we already got your money.

It was great my only concern was if someone plugged me up to an engine diagnostic device to find out about the check engine light that came on on my way to the shop on the 6th of this month. I do believe it might have been tune up related and I was looking into getting the plugs etc for it already I just cannot afford 1500.00 bucks at the moment via payments and holidays coming up and my hours of work will be shortened etc. I'm just trying to prolong this vehicle as long as I can until I can upgrade even though I love this vehicle it would be great if I can get the parts and being em to be replaced via my gas mileage is a lot worse now, I filled it up and I burned aleast 12 dollars worth of gas on my way out there so its bad for sure.
