Volvo Joe is one of the best professional, honest and down to earth mechanics I have ever had the pleasure of trusting my car (family vehicle) with. Some background on my experience with him, I was on vacation in the area having driven over 2 hours away from my home. I called Joe at 12pm on a Sunday (1 day before Labor Day Holiday). All other mechanics were closed or couldn’t make time for me. Joe, answered my phone call, and even tried to give me professional tips on how to check my car before even bringing it to him. He made time for me after one of his appointments, diagnosed the problem with car right away, explained the repairs to me and he even dropped me off back to my hotel when I had no ride back. 2 hours later, he called me that everything was all set and fixed. The pricing was fair and honest, he even drove on a Sunday afternoon to get one of the parts needed. I had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a mechanic with Joe. I wish I lived nearby as I would trust all my car needs with him. He even dropped the car back off to me in the hotel. He’s a skilled professional who did not abuse pricing even knowing I needed my car fixed and I live 2 hours away. Joe saved our trip!! My husband and I live in Western PA. We were traveling to Schuylkill County for the weekend. Our truck broke down on Friday afternoon while driving on Interstate 81. So, we were stranded on the side of the interstate! We were almost positive what the issue was and it would be a fairly quick fix. We called so many different garages for help and no one, NO ONE would help. They were all "busy"! Then, we found Joe's garage! My husband discussed our situation and Joe didn't even hesitate! Have it towed to me and I'll do what I can to get you get on the road and back home safe! WOW, WOW!! He had us fixed and on our way quickly. So much thanks to you Joe for being so kind!!! You saved our weekend! RECOMMENDED!!!

Can Joe fix your vehicle? Yes! Is that what earns 5 stars? Joe as a person is what delivers the 5 star experience. My family and I got stuck at 4:30 on a Saturday. I randomly called Joe and he picked up and said he was at home but would come look at it. Long story, short- He got the car to his shop, drove me to get the new part, put it in, and got it fixed. All because that’s the kind of person Joe is. No jacked up fees or upsells, just good honest and fair. I wished I lived closer to Joe because he would be my forever mechanic. The world needs more people like Joe.

I blew a tire while passing through on 81 and I found Joe through google maps. Everywhere else was closed, but he answered and stayed open for over an hour just so that he could help us with the flat. He was incredibly kind and professional and helped us out of a stressful situation with ease. He changed the tire so quickly as well and we were on our way in no time. Highly recommend going to him!
