honestly it was probably one of the WORST experiences i’ve ever had with a mechanic shop. my normal shop was unable to get me in, so i decided to go here because ive heard good things, but they were wrong. not only did they NOT fix my car, they didn’t listen to any of my requests of what i asked for or called me back when i asked them too. they were unable to order my parts that were needed to fix my car. i ordered the parts and brought them in for them to do the work i requested. my car is STILL making a horrible binding noise (that i brought it in for) and didnt do or say anything of what it could’ve possibly been. after looking at my car the installed my sway bar end links wrong. They also did an alignment on my car and my steering wheel is NOT straight. they also replaced tires on my car that i DID NOT ask for and changed me $700 for NOTHING. also not to mention they put not one but TWO stickers on my car referring on how to set my tire pressure, both stickers put on without my permission. do not go here.

I called ahead & ordered 2 new tires after speaking with Barry who took the time to go over performance & price. Scott had my new tires replaced, rotated and ready for checkout by Jim within 30 minutes. Kudos to all these gentlemen and I would highly recommend Bob's Tires to everyone!

I have used Bob’s Tire for many years, always had great service was never disappointed. However, the past year has not been the same. I took my car in for inspection in March and the brakes should not have been passed. They should’ve been replaced to be inspected. I had to take my car on Thursday to have the brakes replaced. The gentleman told me that the brakes have been bad for a very long time much before March I needed brake lines, calibers and rotors the whole works. Not to mention six weeks ago, I took my car in because I had bubbles on the side walls of both tires on the driver side, front and rear. He explained to me that it was from hitting potholes. It is impossible to avoid all the potholes. Two weeks ago I noticed that the front driver side tire again had a bubble on it and I asked if the tires were warranty if we could replace it and he told me no I was gonna have to buy another tire. I decided to look tires up myself and discovered that I could buy them somewhere else and get a road Warranty for them so that if it happens again, I can get the tire replaced for free so I replaced all four tires. I will not take my car back to this tire shop again. I’ve lived here for over 25 years and have always used them such a shame that it’s changed so much.

Had a flat. Got the spare on and took it to bobs with it being close by. I was in and out with a patched tire within 30 minutes. It was 30 dollars to get it patched. Only thing that was a little different was instead of putting the spare back in the spot in the trunk they just threw it in the trunk. Not a big deal but when I have had it done at other places they would have at least ask. But overall a good experience.

Bobs tires was so good to me. They took me in quickly, as I needed a tire patch due to a screw being in it. They had me in and out in 20 minutes and it was very affordable. I will forever be taking me car here not just because they had quick service, but they were very kind people and I can appreciate an auto repair shop like this that has been around for decades! Thank you!!
