Baldwin's Tire and Alignment

My parents started taking their vehicles to Baldwins and seemed very pleased with their service, so we gave them a try. We were also very pleased and now use them to service our vehicles. There is definitely a level of honesty and integrity and the good old fashioned type of service you heard about or remember. They pointed out legitimate issues in prioritize them in order of severity. We were aware of most of the issues before we took the vehicle to them, so it was refreshing to know they found the same issues and did not say they all needed fixed that day. I would say give them a try. On a side note, a lady came in while I was there having a really bad day to say the least and they took care of her issue at no charge. They obviously pay attention and care about their customers and the community they serve.

I like dealing with them. Cheryl and Vanessa are great girls. They know what the hell they're doing and the mechanics are top notch. I'm glad I started taking my vehicles there my 2021 Dodge ram 4500 and my 2015 ram 4500 diesel. Love dealing with them. Keep up the good work guys.

I had been searching for cars for several weeks as my current car expectedly did not pass inspection. And if anyone knows when you're tight on money and you need a car to get you to point A to point B, it can be a frustrating and exhausting process. There's where I was. I had been writing emails, leaving voicemails and texts to different places in PA, DE, NJ for weeks. Especially with the lockdown in effect (June 2020), it was a difficult situation to maneuver.... That brings me to Baldwin's garage. Bob is absolutely amazing!! He works in the auto sales office. From start to finish on a holiday weekend he did everything to make my experience as positive and personable as possible. When we first talked I let him know my budget and the non-negotiable price I had in mind which I expected to include everything (tax, title, tags, etc.). He gave me details of the car, maintenance, repairs, and everything I could expect regarding the process. Remember, it was a holiday weekend, so he even called the title companies to find out if they were open for sure before I commuted 45 minutes to Gap, PA. When I arrived at the garage it was clean, cool and Bob had all the things ready to go for a test drive. Bob was very courtesy regarding facial masks and made sure I was comfortable with our interactions. We got everything set and I drove the car home! I even took it to my mechanic as I always do after purchasing a new cat and my mechanic not only have the car a clean bill of health, he was enthusiastic with the repairs and maintenance the car has under Baldwin's care. I have had very bad experiences my life with buying cars and dealing with dealerships and private Sellers and auctions etc and I will tell you now, hands down Bob and Baldwin's is the only place to go whether you are around the corner or two hours away, it's 100% worth it.

Duane & Larry sure do know their vehicles. If they can't find the problem, there probably isn't anyone who can!! They've been tinkering with engines about the time they learned to walk!!

Charged me for synthetic oil but put non synthetic, heard piston 3 weeks later. Terrible shop. Bunch of liars.
