I have used Pelle's Automotive many times for inspections and repairs. Charlie and his team have always been very responsive and helpful in getting my vehicles right even when I wait until last minute for inspections. Excellent service.

The gentlemen at Pelle’s were phenomenal. All were so polite, kind, diligent, and excellent communicators. I dropped my car off for an inspection on a Monday morning. The inspection was completed by Monday by 11:00 AM. There was extra work needed on my car to get it back to perfect working condition and Pelle’s happily let me keep my car there overnight and the work was completed Tuesday morning and I picked up my car Tuesday during my lunch break. My car is like brand new now. It’s a 2015 with about 119k miles, so that is an impressive feat. Pelle’s called me repeatedly to update me on my car’s status, the work needed, and the costs of the labor with great accuracy. I can’t thank Pelle’s enough for their dedication, professionalism, efficiency, and most of all, for being kind, good dudes.

Great experience- went to Pelles for state inspections as we are new to PA and need to change our cars registrations. I initially contacted Pelles via their website late one evening. They responded first thing the next morning and got my cars appointments for the next day. Charlie and his staff were efficient, informative, thorough, friendly, fast and very reasonably priced- highly recommend! We will be back!
