Jeep grand Cherokee had HID headlight go out. They said ballast went bad. Replaced ballast and replaced a brand new bulb charged me around $1000 to fix a headlight. Worked for 3 months didn't notice it was barely working til other one went out a few months afterwards. Taking it to dealership to get it fixed right. Won't ever use them again.

My wife’s car wouldn’t start so we took it to a local garage. They checked it over but couldn’t figure out anything wrong with it. They said we’d have to have an auto electric shop look at it. We never used Murray before this. They were fast and had it back working the same day. It was only a small problem but we were so thankful for the quick fix. We finally have two cars again after not having the second vehicle for a week. Would recommend for any electrical car issue you might have.
View on GoogleFixed my o2 censor no other mechanic could find! Fixed it very quickly and never had any problems since! Thank you and I will be coming back.
View on GoogleWhen I went to drop my car off, the man said he would call me to explain price and issue before going any further. Cool. No mention of $100/hour fee. No sign of $100/hour fee. He charged me $100 to change a fuse. When I explained my issue with this price, he assured me there was signage. Which there was, on the counter covered by wrenches and other stuff he was selling. Great way to treat ur customers.
View on GoogleWe were having electrical issues with our Nissan. Dropped the car off and two days later they called to say it was ready to pick up. Ultimately they could find nothing wrong with it, and the issue has not occurred again. But they were very helpful, very knowledgeable and very friendly. I will be sure to remember them the next time I'm having electrical issues with my vehicle!
