Eric was super nice. I came in for new tires. Eric was very helpful in explaining all the price breakdown and warranty information. After the service was completed, he explained what they found during the service. When I was inspecting my car, I noticed the seat and door were dirty. I cleaned as much as I could with a cleaning wipe, but I didn't want the oil to stain. I explained to Eric and he came with soap and water and cleaned my seat for me. Super service from Eric.

I have been a customer for over 10 years but I'm officially done. I just picked up my car, they had it for 9 hours. They called me 20 minutes before they close to tell me they were too busy to touch my car. This isn't the first time they did something like this to us. One time they didn't call at all. Not sure what has happened with staff/management the last three years but it's awful. I will unfortunately be taking my business somewhere else.
