I recently took my car to Subaru of Exton for a defective part with almost two months before a long trip, confident it would be fixed in time. Initially, they assured me there would be no issue getting the part and completing the repair on schedule. Unfortunately, their communication and follow-through were very poor. For about a month, I heard nothing from them. When I called for an update, I was dismayed to learn they hadn't even ordered the part yet. While they have now ordered the part, it will not arrive in time for my trip. Moreover, they have not maintained any proactive communication about the part's status; I've had to initiate all contact to get updates. Overall, I'm quite disappointed with the service. The lack of communication and delay has been frustrating, and I would recommend following up with them if you need something done within a specific time frame. Their actual mechanics seem good and have always completed repairs well, this review is more about their customer service representatives.
