We had a problem yesterday, (key got locked in new Nissan car) and three employees immediately came to our rescue. We had no phone, no way of contacting Roadside assistance. In desperation, we borrowed a phone and called our dealer Exton Nissan. Maryann got things going. Charlie, senior service advisor, dispatched a technician who came and got the car opened. We are so impressed with the commitment of all three of these individuals. Charlie has helped us before with a warranty issue. They are terrific and we are so very grateful for their expertise and commitment to customers. Thanks again folks! Debbie & Charlie

TL;DR: Do not trust these guys. I brought my 2016 Sentra here for a transmission "judder" issue. The service department told me there was nothing they could do except replace the entire CVT for $6,000 - more than the car is even worth. Instead of taking their word for it, I did a simple CVT fluid drain and fill myself for only $60 worth of oil. The problem is now completely gone. It’s disappointing that they didn’t suggest this basic maintenance (suggested every 60,000 mi) and instead tried to push for an expensive replacement or a new car. Get a second opinion before committing to their "fixes."

Not happy with my most recent experience. I am leasing a Pathfinder 2024 and the screen keeps going completely black. This has happened 3 times. I droppped it off at the dealership for diagnostic and service to see what the problem was and they claim the screen was not black when they turned on my car. There was no communication about that and I had to keep calling to get updates. They replaced the battery but that has not resolved the issue. I feel strongly that they do not want to spend the money to replace a faulty screen. When the screen goes black I have no rear camera or audio in the car. Not sure if I would recommend other gets a Nissan Pathfinder. My 2015 was fine and had no issues.

I bought my Nissan rogue sport from Jessica just a few months ago. She was friendly and funny and very welcoming. I love my new car. Any questions I have she has been there to help.answer them. My mom bought a Nissan versa from Jake about 6 months ago. He was also great. Listened to all my moms needs. He also helps out with any questions we still might need answered. Everyone here is super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them if you need a new vehicle.

Bush Nissan is Arrogant, Will Over Charge, and deny all Warranty Claims. Do NOT Go here to have your service done under warranty. We were there for yearly inspection and warranty claim for broken Hvac vent. They charged me a $185 for diagnostic fee for a broken HVAC vent - just to tell it is NOT under warranty. My 2023 Pathfinder with 24,000 miles at the time of service is fully covered, and it is still under warranty. The female manager manager forced me to pay the $185, because she said I agreed to have her look at the broken piece- I told her over the phone - to replace it ONLY under warranty. She insisted that it will be $185 diagnostic fee apply because it not under warranty My wife called Exton Service dept. right away and spoke with our service advisor (Charlie) right away; that We only want to get the inspection done. We will go to O'Neil Nissan for the warranty. We had fought over the phone to have the $185 diagnostic fee removed. The female Manager - Lied and insisted we DiD NOT call and Nobody got the message. I three-way called Charlie and my wife, he acknowledged but still insisted that we pay the $185, after a good long minutes on the phone. *Charlie said ,the manager (male) agreed to take off the $185 diagnostic fee. He took us NOT to Come back to Bush Nissan any Future Service.
