This is my first time dealing with Ed's Auto and I'm sure it won't be the last. I had a tire go flat on me yesterday, and this was the only place that could get one in by the next day and barely charged me $20 over the price of the same tire online—which was phenomenal for a performance Yokohama. I was in and out in under half an hour, which barely felt like it due to the very friendly and conversational owner, who was happy to make sure I felt welcome. Their mechanic packed away my spare for me, despite me accidentally leaving a plethora of my belongings in the trunk; he makes sure he does a good job. I am very gracious to them all! Good folks, good service. Will be recommending them to friends in the area. :)

I’ve always been very pleased with and recommended Ed’s service to anyone I knew until now. My husband had them change out new tires and wheels on his brand new truck a few months back and the custom wheels came back badly scuffed. We mentioned it to them but didn’t push the issue and of course nothing got resolved. This time, however, I took my Audi in for an oil change and to be inspected and got my car back with a large deep scratch in the driver’s side door. They have not reached back out to me yet and denied culpability for any damages. They will be losing loyal customers and referrals if they do not make this right. My follow up review will most definitely depend on the actions that they decide to take moving forward on this issue.

I have Ed’s do all my work and even buy my tires there. I’ve never had a problem with anything they’ve done. Renee has always been very nice and helpful. I’ve always found if you treat people nice they’ll treat you the same way. Perhaps this is why a couple people thought they were rude.
