I cannot thank Skander Tire Service enough for the incredible service they provided during a very stressful situation. My mom and dad were stranded more than 1,300 miles from home, and despite how extremely busy they were, the team took the time to help them when they needed it most. That level of compassion and customer care is something you don’t see every day. Before finding Skander Tire Service, they had gone to another repair shop in town that gave them an estimate of $7,000 for the repair. Being so far from home made them feel vulnerable, and it was an incredibly discouraging experience. Thankfully, they found Skander Tire Service, and everything changed. They were treated with honesty, respect, and fairness instead of feeling like someone was trying to profit from their difficult situation. Ian, the service advisor, was absolutely amazing. He was kind, professional, honest, and kept my parents informed every step of the way. Even with a full schedule, he made them feel like their situation truly mattered, and that meant more than words can express. A huge thank you also goes to Shawn U., the technician who repaired their vehicle. His workmanship was outstanding, and it was obvious that he takes great pride in his work. He fixed the vehicle correctly the first time, and it has been running perfectly ever since. Knowing their vehicle was repaired by someone so skilled gave my parents tremendous peace of mind before making the long trip home. Finding honest, trustworthy people when you’re far away from home can be incredibly difficult, but everyone at Skander Tire Service went above and beyond their expectations. They didn’t just repair a vehicle—they restored our family’s faith that there are still honest businesses that genuinely care about helping people instead of taking advantage of them. Skander Tire Service provides excellent service in every way for your vehicle. I especially appreciated the time they took to explain all of the services they recommended for my car. Some were necessary and some were recommended with options given to assure my safety and the reliability of my car. I trust their judgment and integrity. I also appreciate their respect for a women who is a senior citizen and readily admits her knowledge about cars is limited! I have been getting tires at Skander Tire for many years and am vey thankful they are now a Full Service Company.

From start to finish, this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with an auto shop. After recently moving here, I had been trying to find a trustworthy place for my vehicle, and I’m so glad I found Skander Tire & Auto Service. Earlier this week, I noticed my vehicle didn’t feel right while I was driving home, so I decided to stop putting it off and make an appointment. The scheduling process was so easy, and I really appreciated the option to share my concerns ahead of time so the team had an idea of what was going on before I arrived. Todd, one of the technicians, took care of my vehicle, and I was so impressed with how thorough everything was. The digital report was detailed, easy to understand, and included photos along with a breakdown of what needed attention and how urgent it was. I originally came in for an alignment, tire rotation, and oil change, but their inspection also revealed significant issues with my rear brakes. I truly appreciated how honest and safety-focused they were in recommending the replacement. Todd was wonderful and took the time to address my concerns and reassure me throughout the process. Brian was also incredibly helpful with communication and explaining the pricing clearly. Their prices were very fair, and the quality of service matched every bit of it. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the care, honesty, and professionalism we experienced here. It’s such a relief to finally find a shop I feel confident trusting. Zander at Skander took away all the usual dread of getting an inspection done. He was such a friendly person- wonderful customer service. I also got one of those fancy machine coffees on the house. First time here, and I would 100% reccomend this place to anyone. They were honest- with my older car passing inspection without needing any work done- just reccomendations. What a relief- these guys rock :) I am lucky to have these folks close to my new place!
