Very pleased with the service today. Even though they were busy, they still got me in quickly. The technician was very thorough — my leak was a tiny nail that was hard to find, but he took the time to locate it properly and patched it from the inside. Professional, honest, and fast service. Highly recommend this location.

View on GoogleWalked in around lunch time and was able to get help mounting 2 pain in the butt ATV tires right before a scheduled trip. They were able to get them mounted and saved our family's weekend getaway. Great prices for their service too!
View on GoogleH&F TIRE, Ephrata location: CUSTOMERS BE AWARE! After having a diagnostic test ran on our car, we took it to H&F in Ephrata to have the work done. The check engine light came back on the very same day. We come to find out the mechanics at the Ephrata location never did the actual job. This happened on 2 separate jobs in a matter of a few days A total of over $1,200 later, we have the car looked at by another mechanic only to find out THE WORK WAS NEVER DONE! The same old parts were still in the car!!! This situation turned into a big mess and inconvenience for us. Moral of this story --- make sure the work you wanted was actually completed with the appropriate NEW PARTS.
View on GoogleI had to make an emergency stop today after my vehicle decided to throw a service engine light amongst multiple other lights - thinking it was the transmission - I pulled into H&F desperate and hopeful. Every single man in there today treated me with respect, in a timely fashion and were extra generous and courteous. It's difficult to find great service - these guys are top notch! If I lived local - I'd make these guys my "shop" - Happy to say- it was just my Jeep having a temper tantrum - and all is well !
