This place is amazing insurance didn't want to fix my van they deemed it a total loss. Then my mechanic referred me to Andrew's and in 2 days got everything I needed very cheap and in great condition. I will definitely be telling everyone I know about this place fast and great customer service overall very satisfied thanks again Andrew's auto salvage!

I highly recommend you do not get your parts from here. I bought a part from them the end of November and with the holidays and the weather and being disabled I was unable to get to working on my truck until recently. Realized the part I got was not needed and because I was 2 weeks past the 30 days they refuse to take it back even with receipt and taking holidays into consideration. I even offered a 50/50 return as opposed to their 30/70 return policy and they refused. They are about the money and NOT customer satisfaction. Use caution when dealing with these types of companies. There are plenty of other junk yards that actually care about their customers!

Called them for a Nissan Altima Bumper that was posted for $375.00. And the person picked up the phone and increased a $100.00. On top Rude on the phone and not honoring their own price on line. Sounds like scammers or just don’t like dealing with different kinds people not doing business with them all.

I have had to call a couple times for several parts. Tina has been SO helpful, and SO kind. Highly recommend!!

Hi my sister bought a ford escape recently from andrews ...after purchase there were a few very minor issues which i called them and they took care of isdies immediately!
